Cancellation Policy
At Lovely Day Chartering, your safety and satisfaction are our priorities. While we understand plans can change, the following policy ensures fairness to both guests and crew: Cancellations 14+ days before charter – Full refund 7–13 days before charter – 50% refund Less than 7 days – No refund Weather Cancellations If the captain deems conditions unsafe, you may: Reschedule your charter, or Receive a full refund Note: Light rain or overcast skies do not qualify as unsafe weather. No-Shows Guests who miss their scheduled charter without prior notice will be charged the full booking fee. Rescheduling Charters may be rescheduled with 72+ hours’ notice, subject to availability.
